FDA proposes regulation of the electronic cigarette industry

In April of 2014, the FDA proposed some rather unreasonable legislation to regulate the vaping industry. Various cities and states have passed legislation. Our home state of New York, where we have been actively in the ears of politicians, seems to be amongst those that are taking money to pass vaping restrictions. There is no way to for us to keep up on all the states so we’ll try and keep you informed of national and New York legislation.
