I wanted a custard, but most of the e-liquid manufacturers use a custard base from 1
of 3 concentrate manufacturers. So I went and found a unique custard on the retail market and called them up to ask if I could use their custard base in my e-liquid. They said it was sort of a family secret.

I eventually built a relationship with the owner and he agreed to send me the base in bulk. This one went through 27 revisions to get the complexity, but I’m happy with the results. A friend compared it to crème brûlée. The motorcycle themed named seemed appropriate because cafe racer style motorcycles we developed in England. Young motorcyclists would actually race from cafe to cafe.
