Greg Conley, lndustry leaders and voters show up to tell California vaping is not smoking

California State Assembly Public Health Committee convene to vote on AB 6. Despite the efforts of Greg Conley from the AVA, industry leaders and voters, the committee voted to classify vaping as smoking. If this bill continues to pass through the assembly, senate and governor, e-cig products will be subject to the same regulations as smoking. This will lead to vaping bans in public areas up to unreasonable licensing fees and taxation.
